Christopher A. Harriman

Christopher Allen Harriman, 38, of Limerick, passed away following a long and courageous fight with mental health on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, in Old Orchard Beach.

He was born in Biddeford on June 14, 1986, a son of Fredis Kindelan and Amy (Harriman) Larson.

Despite his age, Chris was from the generation of hard work. He would work vigorously at any given task to complete it with great pride. Most recently, he was employed by Dayton Sand and Gravel.

Chris enjoyed the outdoors. He could be seen fishing offshore on a lake or a river. He liked the camaraderie of riding his motorcycle. The sensation of escape and adventure had a tight hold on Chris when he spent time on his motorcycle. The family remembers special times around the campfire and Chris always having a joke to tell, trying to make everyone happy and get a big smile.

Words cannot come close to expressing the sorrow, pain and emptiness we feel from losing Chris. We do know he is no longer suffering and will miss him deeply. We feel blessed he was our son.

He is survived by his parents Fredis and Amy, children Xavier Kindelan and Sylas Harriman, brothers Jason Harriman and Fredis Kindelan II, and sisters Keri Larson and Maria Galyean and her husband Benjamin.

Visitation will be from 11AM – 1PM with a Funeral Service at 1PM Friday, July 19, 2024 at Cote Funeral Home, 87 James Street, Saco. Burial will be private in the family cemetery in Bethel.
