Conrad Nadeau

Saco

Conrad Nadeau, 88, of Saco, Maine, passed away on Saturday evening, January 17, 2026, at Gosnell Hospice House in Scarborough.

Conrad was born on April 1, 1937, a son of Armand and Rose (Lacourse) Nadeau. He was raised in Biddeford and was educated at the local schools.

On May 4, 1957, he married the love of his life, Doris (Plourde) Nadeau, and together they raised five children.

He was from a generation of hard workers. For the majority of his life, he was employed at West Point Stevens as a factory worker in the textile mill.

It was well known that Conrad and Doris enjoyed camping together around the New England area. Spending time together in nature gave them great joy. He also enjoyed fishing and spending time with family and friends.  One of his favorite past times was jamming out with his friends with his guitar and harmonica. These memories of friendship stayed with him throughout the years.

He was a kind man who cared for others. He will be missed by all who knew him.

Conrad was predeceased by his wife, Doris Nadeau, and his son, Kevin Nadeau.

Conrad is survived by his two daughters, Debi Harmon, and Carol Barden and husband Bruce; his sons, Keith Nadeau and wife Monique, and Kenneth Nadeau;  his daughter-in-law, Michelle Nadeau; five grandchildren, Kristopher, Craig, Jeremy, Gabrielle and Julia, and three great grandchildren.

To honor Conrad's request, there will be no services.
