Dennis D. Watson, 73, of Saco, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loved ones on Tuesday evening, January 18, 2022, at his home.

He was born in Parsonsfield, Maine on February 25, 1948, a son of Millard and Lois (Day) Watson. He was educated in the Parsonsfield school system.

Dennis was an incredibly hard worker.  Early in life he was employed by Bentley Pharmaceuticals in Westbrook.  After that he worked for several years as a driver for NAPA Auto Parts Stores.

On July 25, 1998 Dennis married the love of his life, Janice Brewer.  Together they lived in Saco for over 22 years.

In his spare time he enjoyed camping, watching old westerns, Red Sox baseball, Patriots football, and wrestling.  His real passion was Nascar racing.  Dennis would enjoy time with friends watching the races and cheering for his favorite driver, Dale Earnhardt Sr.

Dennis is predeceased by his brothers Millard Watson, Ralph Watson, Dexter Watson and Robert Watson, as well as his sister Sandra Watson.

Dennis is survived by his wife Janice Watson, his two daughters Mary Day and husband Sewale, and Darcy Watson, his step-daughter Elizabeth Roe, his step-son Ralph Roy and wife Heidi, his brother Guy Watson, his sister Debbie Harrington, and twelve grandchildren; Corey, Payton, Hailey, Tylor, Madison, Devin, Allyson, Christina, Jake, Chandler, Turner and Richard.
