Dorothy C. Turgeon

Dorothy C. Turgeon, 85, Biddeford, died late Tuesday evening on November 25, 2025 in Scarborough.

She was born in Saco on June 28, 1940, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph and Jeannette (Boucher) St. Onge. She was educated from Saco schools.

Dorothy married her husband Raymond in 1957 at St. Andre's Church. The couple raised their three children together in Biddeford and Dorothy was still in the family homestead today.

Dorothy worked at Hannaford Supermarket in Biddeford and also as a cashier at Jaky's Market in Biddeford for many years.

Her hobbies included jigsaw puzzles and computer games. Her favorite pastime was antique shopping on weekends with her husband Raymond. The couple enjoyed the challenge of finding special treasures together. She also had a great love of animals, especially cats.

She was predeceased by her husband Raymond Turgeon and siblings Donald, Raymond, Loraine and Joanne.

She is survived by three children Sandra Allison, Jackie Unsworth and husband David and Catherine Lambert. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren Jessica, Jennifer, Samantha, Michael, Krista, Timothy, Darlena, Lenny, Raymond and Joseph and many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Services are private. Arrangements are by Cote Funeral Home, Saco.
