Edward L. Anderson, 67, of Biddeford, passed away on Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at Brentwood Center in Yarmouth.

He was born on August 12, 1955, in Washington DC and raised in Brandywine, Maryland. He was the son of Enoch and Betty (Ziegler) Anderson.

Edward was from the generation of hard work. He was employed as a police officer in Washington, D.C. in his early years, a business owner and most recently was a truck driver in the transportation industry.

In 2018, he moved to Biddeford to be with his daughter Jennifer and her family.  Ed loved his family and the time they spent together. Some of his most treasured times we vacationing in Tennessee with his granddaughters Amber and Riley. He will be sadly missed.

He is survived by his mother Betty Anderson Dunningan, two daughters Jennifer Coxen and Brent Moore and Vicki Pettinger and husband Joe and four grandchildren Amber, Riley, Bobby and Benjamin. He is also survived by two sisters Terri Jo Ravitsky and Cindy Moses, several nieces and nephews.
