Eleanor Mae Nason, 92, of Old Orchard Beach, passed away on Monday, September 27, 2021, at Southern Maine Health Care in Biddeford.

She was born in Biddeford on June 1, 1929, a daughter of Walter and Alice (Bowring) Nason. She graduated from Thornton Academy.

Eleanor was employed as a nurse's aide for Lemelin's Nursing Home in Old Orchard Beach for many years. She later worked for Lyn-Flex Industries in Saco and as a home health aide in York County until retirement.

Eleanor had many interesting hobbies. She enjoyed the experience of trying different foods, walking the beach and spending time with family and friends. She will be sadly missed.

She was predeceased by four siblings, Bud, Ardy, Honey and Corrine.

She is survived by three siblings, Lorraine Deshaies, Bubby Nason and Topsy Nason.

She is also survived by Gary Devou and his wife Janet, Keir Devou and Brynn Devou, Robert Devou and his wife Marie, Kristine Adams, Debbie Dipietrantonio and Tanya Devou and Pini Lamontagne and her husband Al and family.

Visiting Hours will be from 4-7PM Monday, October 4, 2021, at Cote Funeral Home, 87 James Street, Saco. A Graveside Service will be held at 1PM Tuesday, October 5, 2021, in the family lot, at Woodlawn Cemetery in Biddeford.
