Elizabeth A. Mandeville

Elizabeth A. Mandeville, 72, of Saco, passed away with her family by her side on Monday, April 4, 2022, at Kennebunk Center for Health and Rehabilitation.

She was born in Westfield, Massachusetts on March 15, 1950, a daughter of Eugene and Pauline (Purington) Gordon. The family moved to the coastal community of Old Orchard Beach when Elizabeth was the age of five. She graduated from Old Orchard Beach High School, class of 1968.

Elizabeth met her future husband Andy in 1968. They were married on February 12, 1972 and later had their daughter Hillary.

Elizabeth had an extensive work history. She was employed as an office manager for Boston Mutual Insurance Company for 22 years. She also worked for Northeast Paging and retired from AT&T Wireless as a business care manager in 2015.

Elizabeth was busy with her professional career and family, but still found time to volunteer in her community. She helped with the Festival of Trees, Friends of Libby Library and for the Victoria Mansion Children's Tea to name a few. When time permitted, she enjoyed arts and crafts, knitted hats for babies and liked to read.

She was predeceased by one brother John Gordon.

She is survived by her husband Andy J.T. Mandeville, daughter Hillary Owens and wife Stephanie and granddaughter Kaitlyn. She is also survived by one sister Barbara Gordon and nieces and nephews.
