James Edward Prindall Jr.

James E. Prindall Jr., 93, of Saco, passed away on Saturday, November 25, 2023, at Southern Maine Health Care in Biddeford.

He was born in Freeport on July 13, 1930, a son of James E. Sr. and Princess (Crockett) Prindall. He was educated from Freeport High School.

James was employed as a mechanic for U-Haul in Portland for 11 years. He later worked for Henley Kimball Company in Portland and for Portland Motor Sales.

James was a member of the VFW in Old Orchard Beach and a 30 year member of the Portland Lodge of Elks.

When time permitted, James enjoyed hunting.

He is survived by his wife of 58 years Nancy (Stephenson) Prindall, two sons Daniel Prindall and wife Susan, Bradley Haynes Sr., one daughter Linda Robinson, seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren. He is also survived by one sister Jane Brown and several nieces and nephews.

Visiting Hours will be from 11AM-1PM, with a Funeral Service at 1PM, Wednesday, November 29, 2023 at Cote Funeral Home Chapel in Saco.
