Jeffrey Ronald
Foran
Oct 5, 1976 — Apr 9, 2021
Saco
Jeffrey Ronald Foran, born October 5, 1976 in Biddeford, Maine, died unexpectedly on April 9, 2021 at 44 years of age. Jeff was the beloved son of Ronald Foran and Marie McCrum. He was the admirable brother of his two older sisters, Sue Foran and Debbie Giroux. Jeff graduated from Thornton Academy with the class of 1995 and was a very well known and respected man in his hometown of Saco, where he lived out his life. He worked for Sullivan Tire as a very respected man for 19 years. He was a devoted father of three, Jeffrey 23, Nathan 20 and Christopher 12 years old. He had a beautiful marriage of 20 years with Carrie Foran and a family home that provided for all. He was also Uncle Jeff to so many. He is also survived by his step mother Kristine Foran as well as his stepfather Roger Landry.
Jeff loved family, and was always lending helping hands and taking care of everything that needed to be taken care of. The simplest pleasures in life brought great joy to Jeff. Grilling, Fishing, Golfing, Mowing the lawn, spending time with friends and family whom he loved and cared for so deeply. His heart and soul were huge, pure and honest. His sense of humor disarmed the world around him and made it a brighter place for the rest of us. He will be sorely missed and forever cherished and celebrated in our memories and simple, happy pleasures of this great life that he wanted us all to enjoy to the fullest.
Rest in Peace Jeff. Our hearts are full of love and gratitude.

Love, laughter
Family and friends
Anything for anyone
Again and again
In our hearts and spirits
There is darkness and light
And inside of a man
An everyday fight
For to breathe and see
Simple pleasures
Show us the light
And in our time of darkness
Help to see the right
Join the breeze and take it easy
When the days final bell rung
We can always come together
In a song or simple hum
