Joan M. Beaulieu, 84, of Biddeford, passed away on Friday, May 5, 2023, at St. Andre Healthcare Facility in Biddeford.

She was born in Biddeford on June 12, 1938, a daughter of Albert and Ruth (Skillings) Nadeau. She graduated from St. Andre's High School, class of 1956.

Earlier, Joan was employed by Nadeau's Insurance Company in Biddeford for 25 years. She later worked for Fortier and Lacourse Insurance Company in Biddeford for 10 years and also for Ocean Communities, Medicare and Insurance Associates.

She spent many summers helping her brother-in-law with his flower and vegetable stand during the summer months.

Her hobbies included reading, crossword puzzles and jigsaw puzzles.

Mrs. Beaulieu was a parishioner of the former St. Andre's Church and Most Holy Trinity Church.

She was predeceased by her husband Roger Beaulieu on August 22, 2010, by her son Paul Beaulieu and one sister Rachel Young.

She is survived by her daughter Ruth Morin and husband Rodney, two grandchildren Chriss and wife Sharon and Cherie and husband Chad, and her great grandson Andrew. She is also survived by her brother Richard Nadeau and wife Prisilla and two sisters Claire Cote and husband Roger and Lorraine Gonneville and husband Reynald, several nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 1PM Monday, May 15, 2023 at Most Holy Trinity Church in Saco. Burial will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery in Biddeford. To view Joan's memorial page or leave an online condolence, please visit www.cotefuneralhome.com
