Biddeford

Lisa Marie Silva, 56, of Biddeford, passed away from Metastatic Breast Cancer on Saturday, July 15, 2023, at Gosnell Memorial Hospice House in Scarborough

She was born in Biddeford on January 14th, 1967, a daughter of Albert and Linda (Palmer) Silva. She was educated from Biddeford High School.

Earlier, Lisa was employed by Lynflex and William Arthur in Kennebunk. She was a homemaker who raised her family. She later went back to work at Reny's Department Store in Saco and more recently at Market Basket in Biddeford.

Lisa enjoyed listening to music and dancing. She also enjoyed cooking for her family. Holidays meant the most to Lisa, this gave the family a chance to get together and Lisa was always the life of the party. Lisa cherished the time spent with family, especially with her granddaughter Aubriella.

Lisa was a brilliant person. No matter how hard things got, no matter how long she was fighting, she always had a smile. She had a huge heart with no fear. She always did the best she possibly could for everybody. She dedicated all of her time and her life to raising her granddaughter Aubriella as happy and safe as she could be, Aubriella was her heart. She was all about family, loved ones and having a good time. She had a beautiful pure soul and she is remembered by all the good times and many memories with many family and friends.

She was predeceased by her parents Albert and Linda Silva.

Lisa is survived by her two children, Evan Sukalas and Elizabeth Sukalas, granddaughter Aubriella Sukalas and former partner and good friend Michael Sukalas. She is also survived by siblings Leslie Silva, Alan Silva and Karen Collins, close friends, cousins, nieces and nephews.
