Marc "Boomer" Norman Croteau, 59, of Saco, passed away Tuesday, on February 18, 2025 at MaineHealth Maine Medical in Biddeford.

Marc was born in Biddeford, on June 24, 1965, a son of Renald and Claudette (Therrien) Croteau. He was raised alongside of his six siblings and was educated at Biddeford High School.

After high school, Boomer spent many years employed in the Paving Industry.  He was known for his work ethic that he got from his parents and family. He was also a creative handy man and talented carpenter.

He married the love of his life, Lisa (Gagnon) Croteau and had three beautiful children.

His hobbies included fishing and camping to name a few. He also enjoyed going to casinos, scratch tickets and a little sports gambling. His shared his love of sports with his parents as they cheered on their favorites teams.

Boomer was kind, generous and caring. His family was his life and he did all he could for anyone he cared for. He cherished the time spent with them and the memories they made. He will be sadly missed.

He was predeceased by his wife Lisa Gagnon Croteau in 2023, his sister Joanne Croteau, and sister-in-law Julie Davis.

He is survived by his father Renald Croteau, and his mother Claudette Croteau, his three children Angela Gagnon Croteau and Dutch Goff, Ashley Gagnon Croteau and Ryan Gallant and Joshua Croteau and four grandchildren Tiana Paige and Bryce Bedard, Ella McKenna, Sophia Beckwith and Hudson Gallant. He is also survived by one brother Richard Croteau, and four sisters Denise Mondor and husband Richard, Debbie Croteau, Judy Croteau and Kasandra Sabatino and husband Paul. He leaves behind a large loving extended family.
