Maryellen Hogan, 76, of Biddeford, passed away on Friday, July 8, 2022, at Southern Maine Healthcare in Biddeford.

She was born in Everett, Massachusetts on May 4, 1946, a daughter of James and Marianne (Reid) Hogan. She graduated from Everett High School.

Maryellen's caring and generous nature led her to pursue a career in healthcare. She was employed as a surgical technician for Boston Lying-in Hospital / Brigham and Women's Hospital and later as a shift manager for a 45 year tenure, retiring in 2008.

Maryellen liked to travel. She enjoyed cruises and many trips to Disney. Most of all, she loved to spend time with her family and friends. She will be sadly missed by many, especially by her nieces and nephews.

She is survived by two brothers Paul Hogan and James Hogan and his wife Anna and numerous nieces and nephews.

A Chapel Service  will be held at 11:00AM, Saturday, July 16, 2022, at Woodlawn Cemetery Chapel, 302 Elm Street, Everett, Massachusetts 02149
