Mildred Ruth Boucher, 75, of Biddeford, passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 8, 2025 at Seal Rock Healthcare in Saco.
She was born in Bangor on January 16, 1950, a daughter of Everett and Natalie (Cunningham) Stimpson. She was grew up in Old Town and graduated for Old Town High School, class of 1968.
Mildred married her husband John Boucher on June 4, 1972 at United Methodist Church in Orono. She was a member of the United Methodist Church.
She was employed as a pharmacy technician for Doyon's Pharmacy and Omnicare. She spent 33 years working in healthcare
Mildred was an avid reader and put many hours working in her flower garden. Some would say she had a green thumb. She also enjoyed going camping with her family and close friends. Over the years she raised and cared for several dogs. Her dog Flash was one of her favorites and the two had a special bond.
Mildred cherished her role as a wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She loved her family and looked forward to the time they would spend together. She will be sadly missed.
Mildred is survived by her devoted husband of 52 years, John Boucher Sr. and her three children John Boucher Jr. and wife Jennifer of Bonita Springs FL, Christopher Boucher and partner Carrie of Waterboro ME, and Sheila Richardson and husband Adam of Chester VA. She is also survived by five grandchildren Christopher Jr., Cohen, Noah, Jordan and Olivia and one great grandchild Kennedy. She also leaves behind two sisters, Beverly Andrews and Rose Mary Stone, nieces and nephews.
