Nancy Marie Roy, 48, of Lyman, Maine passed away on the morning of Wednesday, January 1st, 2025.

Nancy was born in Biddeford at Webber Hospital on December 8th, 1976, a daughter of Vincent John and Patricia Alice (Morgan) Brennan.  She grew up alongside four siblings in Old Orchard Beach, Maine.

After graduating, in her early years she worked in the carnival industry with family, she worked as a director in a Childcare Facility, Kids INC. for over a decade and later became self-employed starting her own business within the fairgrounds traveling local and state fairs with her cousin Marty.

Nancy met the love of her life, Larry Roy and later married on September 5th, 2009. They spent many wonderful years together. Together they shared a love for the outdoors. They would go on the water of Lake Winnipesaukee, either fishing, boating, or ice fishing during the colder months.

She was a free spirit with a kind heart, enjoyed nature, had a great passion for cooking, loved playing and teaching her nieces and nephews guitar "open 3,5, open 3,6,5". Above all else, Nancy loved her family and will be dearly missed by those lucky enough to have met her. She had and will always have a lasting impact on every one of her family members including 15 Nieces and Nephews and 27 Great Nieces and Nephews.

Nancy is preceded in death by her parents, Vincent and Patricia Brennan and her in laws, Norman and June Roy.

Nancy is survived by her husband Larry Roy, her beloved dog, Oscar; her sisters Marcie Holland and husband Greg Holland, Liza Reny and husband Chris Reny, and Catherine Rodriguez and husband Osman Rodriguez; and by her brother John Brennan and wife Allison Brennan. Along with many nieces and nephews who adored Nancy: Morgan, Niko, Michael, Christopher, Anthony, Sean, Lizzie, Brie, Chelsea, Gregory, Chad, Chantelle, Maeghan, Travis, Mackenzie as well as many Great nieces and nephews. Nancy will forever be missed!

Visiting hours will be held from 12PM-1PM Friday, May 16, 2025, at Cote Funeral Home, 87 James St. Saco, ME 04072.

Funeral Service will be held at 1PM Friday, May 16, 2025, at Cote Funeral Home, 87 James St. Saco, ME 04072.

Burial will follow the funeral service at Laurel Hill Cemetery, 293 Beach St, Saco, ME 04072.
