Paulette Eleanor LaBrecque, of Sanford, passed away on Thursday, June 19, 2025 at Sedgewood Commons Nursing Home in Falmouth.

She was born in Biddeford, Maine on April 22, 1946, a daughter of Albert and Yvonne (Lizotte) Cabana. She received her elementary education at Notre Dame Catholic School in Saco, and went on to graduate from Thornton Academy.

Paulette was an accomplished business owner. Her charitable participation in the community was extensive, with many years of involvement in the Amvets Auxiliary and The Daughters of Isabella. Her smile and laughter would cheer up all those around her.

Paulette was predeceased by her two brothers, Albert Cabana and Robert Cabana, and her former husband, Bernard LaBrecque.

She is survived by her three sisters, Aline Cabana, Jeanne Moore and Marguerite Bolduc; and many nieces and nephews.

Visiting Hours will be from 10AM to 11AM on Saturday, July 5th with a Funeral Service at 11AM at Cote Funeral Home Chapel, Saco.  Burial will follow in Laurel Hill Cemetery, Saco.
