Paulette H. Roberge, 74, of Old Orchard Beach, passed away surrounded by her family Tuesday morning on May 13, 2025 at home.

She was born in Biddeford on July 8, 1950, a daughter of Leo and Gilberte (Bouchard) Cote. She graduated from Biddeford High School.

Paulette married her husband Edgar Roberge. She was a homemaker who enjoyed raising her children. Once her children were grown she went back to work. Paulette married her second husband James Gravelin and the two established entrepreneurial ventures including a taco stand, an ice cream truck, and a restaurant and bar on Congress Street in Portland.

Not one to sit still and changing careers once again, Paulette went back to school to become a Certified Nurse's Assistant. She was employed by Maine Medical Center in the ICU and then at the Maine Veteran's Home in Scarborough.

Paulette was known for her green thumb. Always working in her gardens and arranging flowers. But most of all, she loved her family and friends and the time they spent together. She will be sadly missed.

She was predeceased by her first husband Edgar Roberge and by her second husband James Gravelin and by siblings Richard Cote, David Cote, and Paul Cote.

She is survived by her partner John, three children Betty Roberge-Haskell and her husband Tom, Bonnie Roberge as well as Mark Roberge and his wife Michelle. She is also survived by four grandchildren Jordan Roberge and his wife Danielle, Hunter Haskell and his longtime partner Britt, Rylee Roberge and Madison Beaupre, one great grandchild Hadley and several nieces and nephews.

Visiting Hours will be from 4-6PM with a Funeral Service at 6PM Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at Cote Funeral Home Chapel, Saco. Arrangements are by Cote Funeral Home, Saco.
