Peter Thomas Mooney, of Saco, Maine, passed away on October 22,2023. He was born on October 6, 1954 in Jersey City, New Jersey to Thomas J. Mooney and Audrey (nee Peterson). Peter graduated from St. Francis College in Biddeford, Maine and never looked back at New Jersey.

Peter was the beloved partner of Lillian Manuel, devoted father of Parker and his wife Kristen. He is also survived by his loving sister, Caryn Miller and her husband, Jim, who was more like a brother than brother-in-law. In addition are his niece, Danica Schmeding, her husband Tom and his nephew, Andrew Miller and his wife, Bridget. He delighted in his grand nephews Thomas and James Schmeding and grand niece, Remy Miller. He was the doting "Puppa-pete" to Laurel, Caroline and Archer Scott.

Peter retired from InBev-Labatt USA as a Key Accounts Manager and was then able to indulge in his true passions of hunting, fishing and gardening at his "heaven on earth", his camp in Dixmont Maine.
