With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Priscille G. Nadeau, 84, of Biddeford, who peacefully left us on November 13, 2024, surrounded by her loving family at Gosnell Memorial Hospice House in Scarborough. After a courageous seven-year battle with multiple myeloma, Priscille went home to be in the arms of her Lord.

Born on February 4, 1940, in Biddeford to Ernest and Germaine (Brault) Auger, Priscille was a beacon of strength and grace. She graduated from St. Andre's High School and began her career as a phone operator. She would work split shifts at the phone company to be able to take care of her family as a homemaker and be the secretary and bookkeeper for the family business, Richard F. Nadeau & Son. She retired from Verizon in 1996 as an Engineering Supervisor. It was at the Westbrook Skating Rink that she met the love of her life, Richard F. Nadeau Sr. They married on September 3, 1960, and within 63 years of marriage, together they built a life filled with love, hard work, and dedication.

Priscille was a woman of many talents and interests. In her youth, she was a competitive speed skater, and her adventurous spirit led her to enjoy snowmobiling and traveling. She cherished the serene moments at the family camp on Embden Pond and found joy in attending car shows and taking long walks daily. Priscille's meticulous nature was evident in her immaculate home and her always polished appearance.

The family was the cornerstone of Priscille's life. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who never missed an opportunity to support her loved ones. Her calendar was filled with cherished activities, from church and coffee with friends to "daycare" Fridays spent with her great grandchildren. She never missed her grandchildren's and great-grandchildren's sporting events or school activities. Her unwavering faith was a source of strength, and she was an active parishioner at Good Shepherd Parish Church, where she volunteered for numerous church luncheons and events. She was also a proud member of the Daughters of Isabella.

Priscille's legacy is one of love, faith, and resilience. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Richard F. Nadeau Sr.; her brothers, Raymond, Normand, and Donald Auger; her sister, Lorianne Chretien; and her son-in-law, Peter Chretien. She leaves behind her son Richard F. Nadeau Jr. and wife Kim, her daughter Diane Chretien and partner Ed O'Connell; her grandchildren, Jenee "JJ" Pelletier and husband Brad, Jenalee Rice and husband Spencer, Keith Nadeau Hardy and husband Zach, and Cody Chretien; and her great-grandchildren, Hayden, Kinley, Rylee, and Harper. She is also survived by her sister, Joanne Varney, and husband Lyn; sisters-in-law, Lorraine Gonneville and husband Reynald; Claire Cote and husband Roger; Angelica Auger, and many nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Mass to celebrate Priscille's life will be held at 11 AM on Thursday, November 21, 2024, at Most Holy Trinity Church in Saco, followed by a Graveside Service at Laurel Hill Cemetery, Saco.
