Suzanne L. Poirier, 79, of Old Orchard Beach, passed away on February 26, 2023 unexpectedly but peacefully in her sleep at her Florida home. She was born on May 07, 1943 in Biddeford, ME to her parents Armand and Jeanette (Plante) Poirier.

Sue was a loving friend to many and will be sorely missed at family gatherings and social events that she never passed up attending.

Sue was an avid shopper but her greatest pleasure was hosting parties for family and friends with her wonderful appetizers and specialty drinks. Everyone's life was better for her presence in it.

Sue had numerous jobs before choosing Real Estate as her life's work.  She was best known for her successful agency, Classic Realty, that she owned and operated for 25 years.

She is predeceased in death by her parents, her sister, Paulette Tate and brothers-in-law, James O'Leary, William Tate and Gerald Cookson.

She is survived by her sisters, Armande (Mandy) O'Leary and Martha Cookson. She is also survived by her niece, Kathleen Boisclair and nephews, James O'Leary, Steve O'Leary, John Tate and Paul Tate.

Visiting Hours will be from 10AM – 12PM with a Funeral Service at 12PM Saturday, May 6, 2023, at Cote Funeral Home Chapel, 87 James Street, Saco. Burial will follow at Laurel Hill Cemetery in Saco.
