Teresa R. (Guarino) Haney, 68, of Old Orchard Beach, passed away Monday morning on June 29, 2026, in Biddeford.

She was born in Portland on December 16, 1957, a daughter of Daniel R. Guarino and Irene P. (King) Guarino. Teresa was raised alongside her two brothers in Old Orchard Beach. In Teresa's younger years, she would spend the winter months with her family in Florida, which became her second home.

She graduated from Old Orchard Beach High School, class of 1976. After high school, Teresa was employed as a waitress, and her dedication was clear to all who knew her. She was well known for her organization and hard work. She often worked two jobs to support herself and take care of her family.

Teresa was a Camaro enthusiast and was very proud to own one. She would show it off whenever the opportunity arose. She also enjoyed cooking, Bud light, and spending time with her family, especially her sons, who she deeply loved. She will be missed by many.

She was predeceased by her parents and two brothers: Joseph "Joey" Guarino and Daniel Guarino.

She is survived by her three children: Cecil Haney, Jason Taylor and wife Jessica, and Gary Taylor, sister-in-law: Debra "Dusty" Guarino, and six Grandchildren: Jacey Taylor, Porshia Taylor, Jazlyn Croce, Dominic Haney, Ja-Lisa Taylor, and Rachael Haney.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation in Teresa's name to the St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
