Tina Marie Brown

Tina Marie Brown, 73, of Saco, passed away after a seven year battle with cancer on Friday, December 2, 2022, at Gosnell Memorial Hospice House in Scarborough.

She was born in Portland on February 27, 1949, a daughter of Joseph and Anna (Botto) Marinello. Tina graduated from Portland High School, class of 1969.

Tina was from the generation of hard work. She prided herself on never being late, never missing a day and teamwork with her co workers. She was employed in various industries throughout her career. She worked for several insurance companies, including York Insurance, was the lunch lady for Cape Elizabeth Schools, baker at Radley's Market and recently for Xuron in Saco to name a few.

Tina enjoyed her cat Oreo, listening to rock music and most recently spent lots of time on word search puzzles. Most of all, she loved to spent time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Mrs. Brown was a lady of great faith and member of Trinity Episcopal Church in Saco.

She is survived by her husband of 50 years, David Alonzo Brown Sr., her son, David Alonzo Brown Jr., and wife Elizabeth and daughter Krystal Brown. She is also survived by four grandchildren Jazmin, Jianna, Nolan and Jonah, one brother Joseph Marinello, nieces and nephews.
